Crystal Palace striker Loic Remy has returned to Chelsea to receive treatment on a thigh injury
Loic Remy has returned to Chelsea to receive treatment after sustaining an injury whilst on loan at Crystal Palace.
The 29-year-old, who is yet to feature in the Premier League
this season, suffered a thigh injury during a training session on
Monday.
Palace confirmed the striker would return to Chelsea for
treatment on the injury, which is expected to keep the Frenchman out for
a number of weeks.

"Unfortunately, Loic got injured on Monday and the seriousness of
that, I don't know. But he's not going to be involved this weekend, so
it's a bit of a blow," Alan Pardew told Sky Sports.
"He's
just got a little thigh strain. I don't know how long he's out for, but
he's had a scan on Tuesday morning and I'll know more today."
Remy suffered the injury during a training session on Monday
The
France forward joined Palace from Chelsea on a season-long loan last
month, having largely found himself on the bench since he joined Chelsea
in 2014. During his time at the Blues, he scored eight goals in 32
appearances.
Palace have started their new league season with one point from their opening three games.
